BOARDING

At Cloud9 your pet will enjoy one of the most luxurious pet hotel and boarding experiences in the UAE.  We treat every pet who stays with us as a valued guest, and aim to provide them with the same level of comfort and care as they would receive at home, in an environment which has been purpose-built to keep them entertained for hours.

With our dedicated staff taking the best care of your cat, dog or bird under the supervision of our on-site veterinarians, you can relax and enjoy your vacation knowing that your pet is having just as great a time as you are!

Our doggie guests will be thoroughly spoilt from the minute they pad through our doors.  Choose from a range of modern, clean and comfortable temperature-controlled doggie hotel rooms to suit your preferences, from our palatial Royal Suites through to spacious Minor League rooms for smaller dogs.

Our purpose-built facilities include 1 indoor and 2 outdoor natural grass play parks, with lots of toys and a full dog agility course including hoops and tunnels, a doggie splash pool, and they can even enjoy a workout with our Personal Trainer!

When your dog stays with us, they’ll have a dedicated doggy butler for their whole stay, who’ll prepare and serve your dog’s meals according to your requirements, play with them, help them make friends with the other doggy guests, and give them lots of love and cuddles if they’re missing their human family.  Your doggy butler will also share photos and videos with you, so you can relax knowing that your fur baby is safe and happy!

ROYAL SUITE

Our most palatial rooms with full AC, complimentary treats, and access to a grassy

outdoor area. Bedding, toys and baths included.

VIP SUITE

Spacious and comfortable shared rooms for up to 3 dogs, with TV and sound system, and with bedding, toys and baths all included.  

VIP GARDEN

A lovely room filled with natural light and with access to our grassy outdoor area.  Equipped with CCTV cameras so you can check on your pet via our App at any time of day or night.

MY STANDARD

Our clean and comfortable standard rooms, recommended for longer-term stays and suitable for mid to larger-size dogs.

MINOR LEAGUE

Our clean and comfortable standard rooms, ideal for smaller dogs or dogs who prefer their own company.

LUXURY CAT BOARDING & CATTERY

Our clean and modern cage-free cattery is located in a quieter part of our facility.  Every feline guest gets their own deluxe private walk-in room, which can be shared with family members.  If they are feeling sociable there’s a chance to make some new kitty friends in our amazing purpose-designed kitty playroom!  We’ve thought of everything your cat needs to stay active and have fun, from toys to pounce on, to cat trees for climbing and hiding in.  Your purry special kitty will enjoy a little holiday all of their own while you relax and enjoy yours!

MINOR LEAGUE

Generously sized luxury walk-in suites with cat bedding and cat toys, to keep your kitty feeling comfortable and happy.

OTHER PETS

In addition to dog and cat boarding, did you know that our knowledgeable team also welcomes birds, rabbits and reptiles for boarding?

BIRDS

Let our avian specialists take care of your falcon, parrot or budgie while you enjoy a well-deserved break.  Our avian guests can enjoy time out of their cage each day, and if they’re wing clipped and nail trimmed we will also take them out for some fresh air if the weather allows.  With an avian vet on site, you can feel reassured that they’re in very safe hands.

RABBITS

We welcome pet bunnies to Cloud 9, and have a dedicated handler of their own!  We make sure your bunny gets everything it needs for a healthy balanced stay, including time outside in our lovely grass areas if the weather allows.

REPTILES

We can also take snakes, lizards and other reptiles for boarding.  Our specialist staff are expert at handling the specific needs of reptiles, and can even schedule daily outdoor time if the weather permits.
